河南省军区积极适应新军事变革发展趋势,着眼打赢信息化条件下人民战争,围绕提高后备力量参战支前能力,大力开展理论对策研究。前不久,该部召开“深化军事斗争准备研讨会”,专题研究适应未来信息化战争需求,加强后备力量信息化建设问题。现将部分观点摘编如下。
The military region of Henan Province has been actively adapting to the development trend of the new military revolution and focused on winning the people’s war under the conditions of informationization. With a view to enhancing the capability of the reserve forces in participating in the war, efforts have been made to conduct theoretical research. Not long ago, the ministry held the “Seminar on Deepening the Preparatory Battle for Military Struggle”. The special study was designed to meet the needs of the future informatized wars and to strengthen the information construction of the reserve forces. Now some of the views summarized below.
