四辊卷板机弯卷过程中,筒形零件的曲率半径主要决定于侧辊位移。实际生产过程中,侧辊位移的确定依据工人工作经验反复试凑,具有一定盲目性。本文以弹塑性力学基本理论为基础推导了四辊卷板机在弯卷过程中板材回弹半径公式。通过力学几何关系分析提出了一种用于指导生产实践的侧辊位移计算方法。在此基础上,使用VC++语言编程实现整个计算过程。通过实例计算与实验结果的比较,验证了提出的计算结果与实验结果相近,在此公式基础上进行少量试卷可得到更精确的侧辊位移量。
Four-roll bending machine bending process, the radius of curvature of the cylindrical part is mainly determined by the side roller displacement. In the actual production process, the determination of the displacement of the side rollers is repeated blindly based on the working experience of workers and has certain blindness. Based on the basic theory of elastic-plastic mechanics, this paper deduces the formula of rebound radius of four-roll plate bending machine during the bending process. Based on the analysis of mechanical geometry, a new method for calculating the displacement of side roller is proposed to guide the production practice. On this basis, the use of VC ++ language programming to achieve the entire calculation process. By comparing the calculation results with the experimental results, it is verified that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. A small amount of test papers based on this formula can get a more accurate displacement of the side rollers.
