近十几年来,随着改革的深化和社会主义市场经济的发展,主体企业纷纷创办了与自己业务密切联系、利益相关的关联企业。可见,关联企业与主体企业二者是“共生”关系,难以分离。这表现为以下几点:一是管理上的依附性,往往是一套人马,相互兼职;二是经济业务相互联系,密不可分,大都是一个经营场地,两块牌子;三是两个企业之间有着一种“割不断”的血缘关系。
