一般认为ENL的发生与免疫复合物有关,可是未能证明ENL吋免疫复合物含量比无反应的瘤型病人高,只知在全部瘤型(包括有或无ENL)病人中都比结核样病人的高。此外已证明ENL与C3b增高有关;是在血管外发生免疫复合物;麻风病人抗酚糖脂—I(PG1)抗体的成份主要是IgM。作者用酶联免疫吸收试验(ELISA)在麻风病人发生ENL前后检查,其抗PG1和抗麻风菌可溶性抗原的抗体。12例瘤
