城市工业企业和乡镇企业类型的不同的变动表明,企业的变动在不同的经济环境中表现出不同的趋势。因此,通过乡镇企业类型的变动找出类型企业的经济优势,掌握有效企业制度模式,提供客观依据来提高企业效率十分必要。企业变化与评价指标的评价方法涉及两大方面:一是综合经济动态指数法;一是综合经济效益指数法;根据评价方法选择的目的性、可操作性、及科学性原则,采用因子分析法是解释问题的有效方法之一。
