《武汉市科学技术奖励办法》(以下简称《办法》)已经2013年10月8日市人民政府第64次常务会议审议通过,以市政府令第244号公布,自2014年1月1日起施行。《办法》的出台将对我市科技奖励在奖项设置、奖励范围、评审条件、评审程序、评审结果处理等方面提供法制保障。一、《办法》制定的背景原《办法》(武汉市人民政府令第136号)于2002年8月经市人民政府发布实施。实施以来,先后有4人获得武汉市科技重大贡献奖,千余项科技成果获武汉市科技进步奖,
