目的:探讨新形势下野战条件下如何保证器械辅料的消毒灭菌及供应。方法:分析野战条件下各类器械消毒灭菌的方法,并比较其优劣。结果:总结出一系列野战条件下器械敷料的消毒灭菌及供应方法。结论:野战情况条件艰苦,设备简陋,故必须因地制宜地选择一种或多种即可靠又适合的消毒灭菌方法,以防止医源性感染。
Objective: To explore how to ensure the sterilization and supply of equipment accessories under field conditions in the new situation. Methods: The methods of disinfection and sterilization of all kinds of instruments under field conditions were analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. Results: This article summarizes the disinfection and sterilization methods of medical dressing under a series of field conditions. Conclusion: The field conditions are difficult and the equipment is simple. Therefore, one or more methods of disinfection and sterilization that are reliable and suitable must be selected according to local conditions to prevent iatrogenic infection.
