给水流量是汽轮机热力性能试验中重要参数之一。在常规热平衡基础上,推导构建了反映给水流量和除氧器入口凝结水流量之间映射关系的矩阵计算模型。模型具有通用性较强和易于程序化的特点,有效避免了ASME PTC6标准所推荐方法中繁琐的迭代过程,能够更简捷地应用于汽轮机性能试验计算中。
Feed water flow is one of the most important parameters in the steam turbine thermal performance test. Based on the conventional heat balance, a matrix calculation model reflecting the relationship between the feed water flow rate and the dewaterer inlet condensate flow rate is derived. The model has the characteristics of universality and easy programming, which effectively avoids the tedious iterative process in the recommended method of ASME PTC6 standard and can be applied to the calculation of turbine performance test more simply and conveniently.
