随着社会生产力的转型,在21世纪中,知识经济注定占据市场的主导地位。目前,市场竞争逐渐由产品、服务竞争过渡到人才竞争,人才竞争已经成为市场竞争的核心。教育水平决定了人才的质量。为了使教育在人群中更好的普及,我国逐渐增加了教学的投入力度,根据2016年6月份教育部发布的高校名单中显示,我国正规高校数量达到了2595所,教学管理既是学校维持秩序的管理,也是提高教育质量的保证。本文以“高职院校教学管理”为论述核心,对教学管理内容以及目前教学管理中存在的问题进行分析,之后对教学管理的提出几条可行的建议。
