在新时代综合性人才发展战略不断深化发展的时代前提下,技校生的培养逐渐成为社会关心与重点的对象。与普通学生不同的是,技校生以学习专业技术知识为主,着意于实践性质的社会事业。然而在当前的技校生管理活动中,由于主观与客观多方面的原因,出现了一系列管理上的漏洞,严重阻碍技校生的健康成长和发展。本文拟通过论述当前新时代背景下技校生管理活动中出现的问题,针对这些问题提出相应的对策与解决办法。
Under the premise of deepening the development of a comprehensive talent development strategy in the new era, the cultivation of technical school students has gradually become the object of social concern and emphasis. The difference is that ordinary students, technical school students to learn professional and technical knowledge, is intended to practice the nature of social undertakings. However, due to the subjective and objective reasons, a series of management loopholes have emerged in the current management activities of technical school students, seriously hindering the healthy growth and development of technical school students. This article intends to discuss the problems that arise in the management activities of technical school students under the current new era and put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions to these problems.
