本文报道了三例因冠状动脉痉挛致死的临床资料与尸检发现。例一死于急性靠间壁、下壁心肌梗塞合并室间隔穿孔;例二猝死;例三因不稳定心绞痛死于室颤(?)。三例尸检发现心脏重量均超过正常,难以解释其原因。本文结合文献,温习了冠状动脉痉挛有关的几个问题,以期引起临床工作者的注意。
This article reports three cases of death due to coronary artery spasm clinical data and autopsy findings. One died of an acute by the wall, inferior wall myocardial infarction with ventricular septal perforation; case two sudden death; three died of ventricular fibrillation due to unstable angina (?). Three cases of autopsy found that heart weight exceeded normal, it is difficult to explain the reason. This article combines the literature review of several issues related to coronary spasm in order to attract the attention of clinicians.
