印度有20年使用脊髓灰质炎活疫苗的经验,但保护效果仅达到中等水平,而且服苗失败经常发生。本文报道一次使用脊髓灰质炎死疫苗(IPV)和 DTP 结合成四联疫苗接种婴儿的结果,并对接种四联疫苗的效果进行初步评价。
India has 20 years of experience in using live poliomyelitis vaccines, but its protective effect is only moderate and its failure frequently occurs. This article reports the results of an immunization with a poliovirus vaccine (IPV) combined with DTP into a quadruple vaccine, and a preliminary evaluation of the efficacy of vaccination with a quadruple vaccine.
