试验以两个蔓生长豇豆品种为材料,在不同时期不同叶位喂饲 ̄(14)CO_2,研究长豇豆叶片14C光合产物的运转与分配规律。结果表明,长豇豆营养生长期,叶片的光合产物输出率较低(54.85%)。生殖生长期,上、中、下叶位叶片的光合产物输出率均较高,平均为88.74%,且随着叶位的上升而增大。营养生长期,叶片韵光合产物向上、下部器官运转,其中95%以上运转到茎叶,且运转到上部茎叶的光合产物稍多,根只获得少量光合产物。生殖生长期,上、中、下位叶片的光合产物向各个器官运转分配,但主要运转到豆荚,运转到其他器官的光合产物很少。叶片的光合产物具有就近分配的特性,主要受植株的结荚状况,特别是豆荚发育程度所支配。
In this experiment, two cultivated varieties of cowpea were used as materials to feed 14C 2 at different leaf positions in different periods to study the law of 14P photosynthetic production and distribution in Asparagus bean. The results showed that the output of photosynthate from the asparagus bean was lower (54.85%) during vegetative growth. In the reproductive growth period, the photosynthate output rate of leaves in upper, middle and lower leaves was higher, with an average of 88.74%, which increased with leaf position increasing. During the vegetative growth period, photosynthetic products of leaf rhyme moved upwards and downwards, and more than 95% of the photosynthetic products ran to shoots and leaves, and the photosynthetic products that ran to the upper stems and leaves were slightly more. Only a few photosynthetic products were obtained by the roots. During the reproductive growth period, the photosynthetic products of the upper, middle and lower leaves were distributed to various organs, but they mainly ran into pods and few photosynthetic products were transported to other organs. Leaf photosynthate products have the characteristics of the recent distribution, mainly by the plant pods, especially pod development at its disposal.
