In order to strengthen the understanding of diagnosis and treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta, this paper analyzes the clinical data and radiological images of 7 patients with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) treated in our hospital in 2005 as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 5 males and 2 females, treatment age 5 months after birth to 13 years old.
