糖尿病蛋白尿是糖尿病肾病诊断的重要指标。晚近发现,糖尿病蛋白尿是糖尿病致死致残的常见而又最重要的危险因素之一。而糖尿病蛋白尿与心源性猝死又有何关系?我们就我科1988～1996年间住院及门诊糖尿病患者210例中合并蛋白尿共84例,猝死19例,其中心源性猝死17例进行回顾性分析,从中探讨糖尿病蛋白尿与心源性猝死的关系。
