目的:研究额叶脑挫裂伤患者恶化的危险因素。方法:选取本院自2012年2月~2013年12月间收治的额叶脑挫裂伤患者56例,对其采用资料回顾性分析,分析其脑挫裂伤的种类和预后情况,针对额叶脑挫裂伤恶化危险因素进行临床分析。结果:经过本院的CT诊断分析和治疗,36例单侧额叶脑挫裂伤患者恢复效果良好,15例双侧局限性额叶脑挫裂伤仅仅8例恢复良好,5例广泛性额叶脑挫裂伤有4例出现病情恶化,导致2例死亡。结论:脑水肿延迟效应是造成额叶脑挫裂伤恶化的主要危险因素,从首次CT诊断扫描来看,脑挫裂伤的类型可以体现出疾病恶化的风险,双侧广泛性额叶脑挫裂伤恶化的危险因素很高。
Objective: To study the risk factors of exacerbation in patients with frontal lobe contusion and laceration. Methods: 56 cases of frontal lobe contusion and laceration treated in our hospital from February 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.
