背景:王广江利用给省烟草局局长当司机的身份,在得知省烟草局购买新办公楼的计划后,积极与陈某谋划为房产商销售楼盘并从中牟利,最终致省烟草局以2.8亿余元价格从某置业公司购得办公楼。而司机王广江等3人则从中获得500万元好处费。9月7日,在郑州中院网上总结公布的23个参考性案例中,被告人王广江3人受贿案,被省高院当做利用影响力受贿案参考案例,已成法官审理此类案件的参考范例。(9月8日《大河报》)
Background: Wang Guangjiang made use of the identity of the director of the provincial Tobacco Bureau as a driver. After learning about the plan of the provincial Tobacco Bureau to buy a new office building, Wang Guangjiang actively worked with Chen to plan and profit from the sale of real estate properties. At last, he led the provincial Tobacco Bureau to 280 million I yuan price from a home company purchased office building. The driver Wang Guangjiang and other 3 were from 5 million yuan benefit. On September 7, in the 23 reference cases announced online by the Zhengzhou Intermediate People’s Court, the defendant, Wang Guangjiang, three people were bribed. They were taken as reference cases by the Provincial High Court for using the influence bribery case and have become the reference for judges to handle such cases example.
