针对工程项目风险因素排序和风险评价信息的灰性、模糊性和语言描述性,运用区间灰色不确定语言集中的区间灰度表达灰性,运用不确定语言变量表达模糊性和语言描述性,结合C-OWA算子,建立工程项目风险因素排序和风险评价模型,用于预测主要风险因素和风险状态,并通过实例验证所建模型的可行性。结果表明,区间灰色不确定语言集,能够比较全面地表达灰性、模糊性和语言描述性,使信息表达更贴近工程实际情况,有助于提高工程项目风险预测结果的真实性,帮助项目管理者更准确地了解主要风险因素,预知风险状态,为采取针对性的风险预控措施提供理论依据。
In view of the gray, ambiguity and language descriptive of the ranking and risk assessment information of project risk, gray interval of gray gray level in the interval gray indeterminate language is used to express the ambiguity and linguistic descriptiveness by using uncertain linguistic variables. C-OWA operator to establish risk ranking and risk evaluation model of project, which can be used to predict the main risk factors and risk status. The feasibility of the proposed model is verified by an example. The results show that the interval gray uncertain language set can express the grayness, ambiguity and language descriptiveness more fully and make the information expression closer to the actual situation of the project, which helps to improve the authenticity of the project risk prediction result and helps the project management More accurate understanding of the main risk factors, predict the risk status, in order to take targeted risk control measures provide a theoretical basis.
