目前,培养具有相关岗位能力及可持续发展能力的创新型人才成为当代高校的重要历史使命。多年来陈旧的教育理念、不合理的课程体系、薄弱的实践教学、单一的教学手段和方法、不可持续发展的质量评价体系等等造成当今大学生创新能力的缺失。本文从发展学生个性,构建以培养创新能力为导向的人才培养模式;加强动手能力,重构以培养创新能力为目标的实践教学体系;提供锻炼机会,搭建以培养学生创新能力为宗旨的活动平台;改革教学评价制度,完善大学生创新能力培养的教学质量评价体系四个方面探讨高职工科学生创新能力培养的途径。
At present, it is an important historic mission of contemporary colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents with the relevant post ability and sustainable development ability. Over the years, obsolete education concept, unreasonable curriculum system, weak practical teaching, single teaching methods and methods, unsustainable quality evaluation system and so on have caused the lack of innovative ability of today’s college students. In this paper, from the development of student personality, to build a training model oriented to cultivate innovative ability; to strengthen the ability to practice, to rebuild to cultivate innovative ability as the goal of practical teaching system; to provide training opportunities, to build students activity to cultivate innovative activities for the purpose of the platform ; Reforming the teaching evaluation system and perfecting the evaluation system of teaching quality of college students’ innovative ability to explore ways of cultivating innovative ability of engineering students in higher vocational colleges.
