设计标准、规范是进行工程设计和施工的重要依据,是多快好省地完成基本建设项目的重要条件之一。由国家建委组织修订的全国通用设计标准规范,在无产阶级文化大革命和批林批孔运动大好形势的推动下,经有关单位的共同努力,将陆续完成修订、审批颁发。(各种规范编制修订情况见附表)为了更好地贯彻执行新的设计标准规范,本刊和《冶金建筑》各辟“设计标准规范工作动态”专栏,将有关设计标准规范的修订情况,主要问题的调查研究报告,执行中应当注意的问题,以及设计标准规范的管理、科研工作动态等,陆续向读者进行介绍和报导。
Design standards and specifications are important basis for engineering design and construction, and are one of the important conditions for completing basic construction projects more quickly and economically. The National General Design Standards, revised and revised by the National Construction Committee, will be revised, approved, and issued by the joint efforts of the relevant units under the impetus of the proletarian cultural revolution and the favorable situation of approved forest approval movements. In order to better implement the new design standards and standards, this publication and “Metallurgy Architecture” provide “design standards and standardization work dynamics” columns, and will revise the relevant design standard specifications.
