目前,一般企业热处理所用的控温设备较陈旧,炉子配用的仪表和控制柜,多数是电炉生产厂家的常规产品,例如用带位式调节的EWY、XWB、XWC型电子电位差计和GLC-BD型控制柜。由于炉温波动幅度达10~20℃,难以满足对温度参数有严格要求的热处理工艺(如铝合金焠等)。更为令人担心的是,由于继电器剩磁,触点沾接等疵病而导致工件过烧、跑温等。为此,我们研制了一台杜绝跑温事故的精密控温装置。该装置带有TA-031型或TA-041型电子调节仪表来控制温度,以提高调温品质,解决了加热时的超调现象。原配的电子电位差计作为记录和报警之用。在运行中,如果主控仪表失控,副控仪表便自动承
