党的十七大以来,无论是面对国际金融危机巨大冲击,还是遭遇重大自然灾害,党中央紧紧抓住发展这个党执政兴国的第一要务,牢牢把握发展主动权。五年多来,我国经济保持平稳较快增长:2010年国内生产总值超过了38万亿元,较2005年翻了一番多。国内生产总值年均增长7.5%。GDP总值稳步增长,城镇化率提高到47%,各具特色的区域发展格局初步形成,城乡、区域间,公共服务、人均收入和生活水平差距扩大的趋势得到遏制。城镇居民人均可支配收入分别年均增长5%,城乡居民生活质量普遍提高,居住、交通、教育、文化、卫生和环境等
