近年来认为缺血性心脏病发病与血小板聚集有关。研究资料表明,在心肌梗塞急性发作期间,血小板显著聚集,但心绞痛患者是否出现血小板聚集,文献的报导互不一致。本文对31例静息性心绞痛患者进行血小板聚集测定,观察此型患者与血小板聚集的关系。报导如下:
