实施兵团经济结构的战略性大调整、发展方式的战略性大转变,到2020年,兵团生产总值达到2220亿元,占新疆维吾尔自治区生产总值的20%,三次产业结构调整到16:56:28。这是前不久召开的兵团工业工作现场会议作出的具有战略意义的重大决策。这一重大决策预示着调整是全局性的、根本性的调整,转变是全局性的、根本性的转变,标志着兵团经济发展将走上农业产业化、新型工业化的轨道。
The strategic restructuring of the corps ’economic structure and the strategic change of the mode of development will be implemented. By 2020, the corps’ total output value will reach 222 billion yuan, accounting for 20% of the GDP of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the three industrial restructuring will be adjusted to 16:56 : 28.
