日本政府加紧推进国防工业改革,不仅能够有效提升日本国防工业实力和武器装备水平,而且可以为日本经济困境松绑,并将进一步扩大其军事领域活动范围近年,在国际金融危机、财政紧缩、装备订货减少等背景下,日本国防工业面临着严重的生存与发展危机。为此,日本政府和防卫省组织开展国防工业战略研究,出台国防工业调整政策,加快推进国防工业改革。这些举措,将对日本武器装备发展和国防工业能力提升产生重要影响。
The Japanese government’s step-by-step reform of the national defense industry can not only effectively raise the strength and level of Japan’s defense industry, but also ease the economic dilemma of Japan and further expand the scope of its activities in the military field.
