全军房地产清查整顿工作,按照中央军委的统一部署,经过全军上下共同努力,房地产管理中多年积累的一些问题已经基本查清,并得以纠正,取得了可喜的成果。我军进行房地产清查整顿,目的在于通过纠正房地产使用管理中存在的问题,强化房地产管理,推动实行标准化、制度化、规范化的进程,实现全军房地产建、管、用的良性循环。因此,今后一个阶段,全军基建营房工作的一项重要任务,就是要深化改革,进一步巩固和发展房地产清查整顿的成果。一、改革部队用房保障办法,收缩全军“营房摊子”
