目的:优选葛根芩连结肠定位片的提取方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,以葛根素、大豆苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱及甘草酸铵的含量为指标,对提取方法、提取溶剂和提取时间进行考察。结果:优化的提取条件为以30%乙醇为提取溶剂,超声提取30 min。结论:优化提取工艺简便、稳定合理可行,为葛根芩连结肠定位片提取方法及质量控制提供了较好的实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction method of Gegen Qin Lian colon intestine. Methods: The contents of puerarin, daidzin, baicalin, baicalin, palmatine hydrochloride, berberine hydrochloride and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.
