本文叙述了手扶振捣器打结炉村的工作原理及生产应用效果.振动下干态砂粒间内摩擦力与静态相比减少约一个数量级.因而在惯性力作用下极易流动密实。紧实密度主要影响因素取决于激振力、振动频率、振幅和振动时间。工艺试验得出反实炉村的工艺参数,经20余家的生产使用证明效果良好。整体复合绝缘保温材料的研制成功,使得铺设效率提高3~4倍,操作者免除石棉的有害污染,其成本比原工艺用材料约低10%,在绝缘和保温性能方面都达到或超过原用材料。
This article describes the working principle and production and application effect of hand vibrator knot stove village.
