互联网的发展以及物联网技术的成熟为传统制造业带来变革。各种云服务的出现,使企业之间的关系变得更为复杂。为探讨新技术对供应链成员带来的影响,将制造业同类企业分为两类:产能过剩型企业和产能不足型企业。通过引入云制造平台进行资源共享,运用博弈论的基本方法,研究剩余制造能力共享之后企业的价格决策以及最终利润变化,并将传统的外包或分享与平台共享做比较。结果表明:通过平台合作,可以更好地提高两类企业的利润,从而使得社会资源更加有效地分配。同时,在共享中还需要注意公平问题,制定好激励机制。
The development of the Internet and the maturity of IoT technologies have brought about changes in the traditional manufacturing industry. With the emergence of various cloud services, the relationship between enterprises has become more complicated. In order to explore the impact of new technologies on the members of the supply chain, the manufacturing enterprises are divided into two categories: overcapacity and undercapacity. Through the introduction of cloud manufacturing platform for resource sharing, using the basic method of game theory, we study the firm’s price decision-making and final profit changes after the sharing of the remaining manufacturing capacity, and compare traditional outsourcing or sharing with platform sharing. The results show that through the cooperation of the platform, the profits of the two types of enterprises can be better improved, so that the social resources can be distributed more effectively. At the same time, we also need to pay attention to fairness in the sharing and formulate a good incentive mechanism.
