本文报告４例肾上腺囊肿，其中３例术前误诊。因为该病临床症状不典型，平素认识不足，故误诊肝囊肿、胰腺囊肿、肾上腺肿瘤。本文提出通过Ｂ超、ＩＶＵ检查及ＣＴ扫描等，术前基本可以确诊；ＫＵＢ有钙化环为其特点。并对该病发病率、病理分类及治疗方法进行概要阐述。
This article reports 4 cases of adrenal cysts, 3 cases of preoperative misdiagnosis. Because the disease is not typical clinical symptoms, usually not enough knowledge, so misdiagnosed liver cysts, pancreatic cysts, adrenal tumors. This article proposed by B-ultrasound, IVU examination and CT scan, the basic can be diagnosed preoperatively; KUB calcified ring for its characteristics. And the incidence of the disease, pathological classification and treatment methods outlined.
