目的:探讨颈椎病患者常见心理障碍,研究相应的心理干预管理措施,以便将其落实到今后的实际工作中,减少患者心理问题的发生,为患者提供更多安全保护。方法:选取浙江省温州市中西医结合医院2015年100例颈椎病患者,随机分为只进行常规住院治疗的对照组50例与在进行常规住院治疗的基础上给予心理干预措施的实验组50例,对两组患者进行症状自评量表测查,对其结果进行统计分析。结果:颈椎病患者术前总均分、总分、躯体化、抑郁、强迫状态、精神病性因子、恐怖、焦虑分与常模相比均较高,同时人际关系敏感因子较国内常模略低。介入心理干预治疗的实验组患者,在躯体化、抑郁、强迫状态、精神病性因子、恐怖、焦虑等症状上的改善,明显优于对照组,即经心理措施干预治疗的颈椎病患者心理健康状况较之前有明显改善,同时呈现多维度的心理健康状况。结论:良好的心理护理干预管理,能够有效改善患者的心理障碍,提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性,从而提高整体医疗效果。
Objective: To explore the common psychological disorders in patients with cervical spondylosis, study the corresponding psychological intervention management measures in order to implement it into practical work in the future, reduce the incidence of psychological problems in patients, and provide more safety protection for patients. Methods: 100 cases of cervical spondylosis in Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 2015 were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) who received routine hospitalization only and 50 cases who received psychological intervention on the basis of routine hospitalization , Two groups of patients self-evaluation symptom scale test, the results of statistical analysis. Results: The total preoperative score, total score, somatization, depression, compulsive state, psychotic factors, terror and anxiety in patients with cervical spondylosis were higher than those in normotensive patients, meanwhile the sensitivity of interpersonal relationship was slightly lower than that of the national norm . Interventional psychological intervention in the experimental group of patients, somatization, depression, coercion, psychotic factors, horror, anxiety and other symptoms were significantly better than the control group, that psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis mental health status Compared with the previous significant improvement, at the same time showing the multi-dimensional mental health status. Conclusion: Good psychological nursing intervention management can effectively improve patients’ psychological disorders, improve patient satisfaction and compliance, and improve overall medical outcomes.
