动机是行为的直接动力,是激励人们去行动,以达到一定的目的的内在原因,是个体发动并维持其行动的一种心理状态。动机水平的高低和强弱决定着个体活动的质量、水平和效果。可见,初中思想品德新课改中,导入部分能否激发学生的学习动机,已成为教学开展能否全面、深入、有效,以及教学目标能否达成的重要前提和重要因素。那么,初中思想品德教学中,如何导入新课,从而激发学生的学习动机呢?下面谈谈我个人的浅见。一、导入需新颖,克服模式化
Motivation is the direct driving force of behavior. It is the intrinsic cause of motivating people to act in order to achieve a certain goal. It is a psychological state in which individuals initiate and maintain their actions. The level of motivation and strength determine the quality, level, and effectiveness of individual activities.
