美国商务部7月20日宣布初裁结果,认定从中国进口的大型洗衣机存在倾销行为,倾销幅度为49.88%至111.09%。基于倾销幅度的初裁结果,美国商务部将通知美国海关对中国出口的上述产品征收相应的保证金。对于中美之间的贸易摩擦,中国商务部多次表示,希望美国政府恪守反对贸易保护主义承诺,共同维护自由、开放、公正的国际贸易环境,以更加理性的方法妥善处理贸易摩擦。
The U.S. Commerce Department announced the preliminary ruling on July 20 that it found dumping of large washing machines imported from China with dumping margin of 49.88% to 111.09%. Based on the preliminary results of the dumping margin, the U.S. Department of Commerce will notify the U.S. Customs to impose a corresponding guarantee on the above products exported from China. As for trade frictions between China and the United States, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce has said many times that it hopes the U.S. government will abide by its commitment to oppose trade protectionism and jointly safeguard a free, open and fair international trading environment and handle trade frictions more rationally.
