——第78段:“中国代表确认,将修改其有关法律和法规,以便其有关的国内法律和法规与《WTO协定》和议定书(草案)中关于行政行为的司法审查程序要求相一致。他进一步表示,负责此类审查的法庭将是公正的,并独立于被授权进行行政实施的机构,且将不对该事项的结果有任何实质利益。”
- Paragraph 78: “The representative of China confirmed that it would amend its relevant laws and regulations so that its relevant domestic laws and regulations are consistent with the requirements of the judicial review process on administrative acts in the” WTO Agreement “and the Protocol (draft). Further stated that the tribunal in charge of such a review would be just and independent from the institutions authorized to carry out the administration and would not have any real interest in the outcome of the matter. ”
