目的探讨MS患者中血浆醛固酮(Ald)水平变化及其相关性。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定MS组(n=248)和NC组(n=240)血浆肾素及Ald水平,对糖脂代谢相关指标进行组间比较,并对MS患者血浆Ald水平与年龄、BP及糖脂代谢指标进行相关性分析。结果 MS组血浆Ald水平、BMI、BP、FPG、FIns、HOMA-IR、TG及LDL-C水平均高于NC组(P均<0.05),两组肾素活性比较,差异无统计学意义。多元逐步回归分析及相关分析显示,血浆Ald水平与FPG、HOMA-IR、SBP、BMI呈正相关(r=0.204、0.335、0.216、0.341,P均<0.05)。结论 Ald独立作用于MS及其各组分的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma aldosterone (Ald) and its correlation in MS patients. Methods The levels of plasma renin and Ald in MS group (n = 248) and NC group (n = 240) were determined by radioimmunoassay. The indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism were compared between groups. The levels of plasma Ald in MS patients were compared with those of age, BP and glucose and lipid metabolism index correlation analysis. Results The levels of plasma Ald, BMI, FPG, FIns, HOMA-IR, TG and LDL-C in MS group were significantly higher than those in NC group (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in renin activity between the two groups. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis showed that plasma Ald levels were positively correlated with FPG, HOMA-IR, SBP and BMI (r = 0.204,0.335,0.216,0.341, P <0.05). Conclusion Ald has an independent role in the occurrence and development of MS and its components.
