一、设备管理现代化的基本概念近几年来,乡镇企业通过技术改造,使装备的技术水平不断现代化,从而对乡镇企业设备管理工作提出了更高的要求,设备管理现代化已是必由之路.设备管理现代化是一个完整的体系,是企业管理现代化系统中的一个重要组成部分.设备管理现代化,就是把当今国内外先进的管理理论和管理方法,以及现代化科学技术的成就,系统地、综合地应用于设备管理,充分发挥设备投资效益,使其满足现代化生产的要求,为企业取得最佳经济效益服务.现代设备管理是随着现代管理科学和现代化设备而发展的,它们之间有着密切的内在联系.这就需要我们吸收和借鉴系统论、控制论、信息论等先进的科学技术成就和科学管理理论、方法,综合地运用于设备管理,从而形成适应乡镇企业设备管理现代化的保障体系.
