经济的发展离不开资源的保障和投入,石油作为经济发展最为重要的资源能源基础,石油企业的招标管理和风险防范恰当与否更关系着我国经济的平稳发展。随着我国经济突飞猛进发展的同时,对石油企业的招标也提出更高的标准和要求,由于复杂的招标环境和因素限制致使石油企业招标过程存在很多缺陷,招标环节的管理应该引起石油企业管理者的重视,其招标的规范性和招标带来的风险对于石油企业的生存发展具有重要意义。本文通过对石油企业的招标方式、风险管理的分析,提出了对于石油企业招标带来的风险防范措施。
Economic development is inseparable from the guarantee and investment of resources. As the most important resource and energy foundation for economic development, the bidding management and risk prevention of petroleum enterprises are more related to the steady development of China’s economy. As China’s economy develops by leaps and bounds at the same time, the bidding for petroleum enterprises also puts forward higher standards and requirements. Due to the complicated bidding environment and the restriction of factors, there are many defects in the process of bidding for petroleum enterprises. The management of bidding should lead the managers of petroleum enterprises Of the importance of its normative bidding and the risk brought by the tender for the survival and development of oil companies is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the bidding methods and risk management of petroleum enterprises, this paper puts forward the risk prevention measures brought by bidding of petroleum enterprises.
