在发展社会主义市场经济和加强精神文明建设的关系问题上,目前存在种种错误认识:(一)是“配角”论。认为发展市场经济是当务之急,而精神文明建设不过是“陪衬”,市场经济发展了,精神文明自然而然会上去。(二)是冲击论。认为发展市场经济会冲击精神文明建设,而强调精神文明建设也会阻碍市场经济的发展,因此两者不能同时并重。(三)悲观论。认为市场经济会给精神文明建设带来种种困难和障碍,在市场经济条件下谈精神文明建设不过是天方夜潭。形成这些认识的一个重要原因就是对市场经济与精神文明建设的内在统一性缺乏正确认识,对发展市场经济给精神文明建设带来的挑战与时机认识不足。正确分析这些挑战与时机对于我们增强“两手抓”的自觉性,把握精神文明建设的主动权具有重要意义。

They think that the market economy will bring various difficulties and obstacles to the construction of spiritual civilization. However, talking about the construction of spiritual civilization under the conditions of a market economy is nothing but Tianfang Night Lake. An important reason for forming these understandings is the lack of a correct understanding of the inherent unity of market economy and spiritual civilization and the lack of understanding of the challenges and opportunities brought by the development of a market economy to the construction of spiritual civilization. Correctly analyzing these challenges and opportunities is of great significance for us to enhance our consciousness of “grasping both hands” and grasping the initiative in the building of a spiritual civilization.
