TD—SCDMA作为我国自主知识产权的全球3G标准之一,在国家相关部委的大力支持和运营商、通信企业、科研院所、业界专家的共同努力下,取得了重大突破,产业链日趋完善,系统、芯片、终端、网管、仪表及元器件等各产业环节均已经成多厂商供货环境,大规模的网络技术应用试验使得TD—SCDMA网络与产品的可商用性得到了更严格的验证。—期建设经验留给我们许多宝贵的经验和启示,二期建设将如何进行?未来TD—SCDMA产业链将如何与其他两种制式开展有序的竞争?政府监管未来应该发挥怎样的作用?本期我们将围绕这些问题做一个细致的梳理。
