中共十七届四中全会提出建设马克思主义学习型政党的重大命题,中央提出这个问题的意义、目的和建设途径等问题,成为了当前理论界关注的重点问题。本文拟从分析学习型政党的含义、特征等方面,对建设学习型政党的途径和方法进行初步探讨。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the major proposition for building a Marxist study-oriented party. The significance, purpose and method of construction put forward by the Central Committee became the key issues that theorists pay more attention to. This article intends to discuss the ways and methods of building a learning party from the perspectives of analyzing the meaning and characteristics of learning parties.
