蒸汽、空气自由锻(模锻)锤(简称蒸空锤),是锻造行业主要设备之一。蒸空锤具有结构简单、可靠性强、成形性好、工艺性能好等优点。但因其能耗高,浪费大,如热效率,蒸汽锤仅为3~5%、空气锤为20~25%,而且还要配备锅炉房或空压机站等,投资大、环境污染严重。 近十年来,我国一些科研院所、大专院校及企业研制开发了电液锤技术替代蒸空锤,取得了显著节能效果。但因这些单位是采用更换原有锤头办法,即将原有汽缸、落下、操纵阀、操作杆各部分全部废掉。这不利于充分利用原有设备、节约材料和节约资金。

Steam hammer has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, good formability and good process performance. But because of its high energy consumption, waste, such as thermal efficiency, steam hammer is only 3 to 5%, air hammer 20 to 25%, but also with boiler room or air compressor station, investment, environmental pollution. In the past ten years, some scientific research institutes, tertiary institutions and enterprises in our country have developed the electro-hydraulic hammer technology to replace the steam hammer and achieved remarkable energy-saving effect. However, because these units are used to replace the original hammer approach, about the original cylinder, fall, control valve, lever all the parts of the waste. This is not conducive to full use of the original equipment, save materials and save money.
