罗丹曾说过:“艺术的整个美来自思想,来自意图,来自作者在宇宙中得到启发的思想和意图”。根艺创作的构思立意,通常是分别在“先材后意”和“先意后材”两类情况下完成的,而多数又是属于“先材后意”即“看村立意”的。笔者此次创作根书《寿比南山》则是在“先意后材”即“带意觅材”的情况下完成的。像写诗一样,“意在笔先”。本次创作根书《寿比南山》,笔者在构思立意阶段集中思考了三点;①表现形式上,既有根画,也有根书。②构图形式上选择了“独字成屏”(即中幅寿字)和“几字成文”(对)的两种形式而联成一幅完整的书法作品。③在风格与内涵上,则注意了汉字书法的“形美”、“义美”二者珠联璧合的原则,立意创作一幅具有东方传统特色,既古
