采用X射线荧光光谱固体法测定不锈钢中主次成分元素的含量,并对各元素间的谱线重叠、基体效应等影响因素进行了干扰校正。通过精密度测试和对比试验表明,对于主成分元素(Cr、Ni、Si、Mn、Ti、Mo、W),方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1%,对于微量成分元素(Al、Cu、Co、Sn),方法的RSD小于12%。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the content of major and minor components in stainless steel. Interference correction was also carried out on the influencing factors such as spectral overlap between elements, matrix effect and so on. Through the precision test and comparison test, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the methods are less than 1% for the main component elements (Cr, Ni, Si, Mn, Ti, Mo, W) Co, Sn), the RSD of the method is less than 12%.
