The crux of corruption in leading cadres’ life is the trading of power and color, which is essentially the private ownership of public power and leads to the breeding of a large number of corrupt phenomena. Among the most recently investigated leading cadres in corruption cases, the corruption of life is a common problem. Some leading cadres lacked moral training and became prisoners of decadent and decadent ideological concepts and lifestyles, low-grade tastes, pleasure-seeking, indulgence in dazzling and sensual pleasures.
