无论在农村还是城市,不管是哪一级哪一类学校,都不同程度地存在着后进生.从这个意义上讲,后进生的转化是学校教育工作永恒的主题,能否及时有效转化后进生,是能否大面积提高教学质量的关键环节。转化后进生工作是实施素质教育的重要内容,是学校工作的重点之一。所以,如何转化后进生工作是摆在我们面前的最突出、最应注意的问题。本文以一个真实的个案转变为例,运用多种评价的方法,如:赞赏评价、培植自信、别样奖赏、鼓励帮扶等开展了关于评价对学生促进作用的探索,本人认为,这些都是行之有效的让学生转变的良好方法。
