1967年11月,我被师里任命为独立飞行大队政委,并领受了一项光荣任务———与独立飞行大队长申广顺一起,带领大队用当时中国最先进的“轰-5”战机进行氢弹空投试验。
In November 1967, I was appointed as political commissar of the Independent Flying Group by the division and received a glorious task --- together with the independent flight captain Shen Guangshun, to lead the group to use the most advanced “H-5” fighter Hydrogen bomb drop test.
