本会同意省计划委员会所拟调整本省新式农具价格方案,兹随文转发,希各地、各单位认真贯彻执行。推广新式农具,是农村中的一项技术改革,它不仅能够提高农业生产劳动效率,节约劳动和减轻体力劳动的强度,而且对深耕细作,增加生产,都具有很大的作用。几年来,我省推广新式农具工作取得了一定的成绩,新式农具在农村中显示出比旧式农具有很大的优越性,广大农民都欢迎使用?但是由于过去新式农具价格偏高,一般农民购卖困难,加之有的质量低劣,因而影响了新式农具的推广,今后必须力求改进。现在农业合作化运动的高潮已经来到,为了使农业合作化与农业技术改进密切结合起来,扩大新式农具在农村中使用范围,根据中央指示精神,对我省新式农具价格作适当调整是必要的。希各有关部门密切配合,加强技术指导,改善经营管理,争取不断降低新式农具的成本和价格,提高新式农具的质量,使新式农具符合满足广大农民的需要。关于新式打谷机,希省工业厅、农业厅,手工业管理局共同研究,进一步加以改进。

He urged all relevant departments to work closely with each other to strengthen technical guidance and improve management. They should strive to continuously reduce the costs and prices of new farm tools, improve the quality of new farm tools and meet the needs of the vast number of peasants.
