对某一无阻流门叶栅式反推装置的流场进行了数值研究,详细分析了不同叶栅安装角对反推性能的影响。结果表明叶栅安装角对流出反推窗口气流的质量流量、气流速度以及气流的流动方向产生影响,进而对反推效果产生影响。对于不同风扇进口压比,存在不同的最佳的叶栅安装角度,能使得反推效果最好。由于风扇压比不同,气流所具有的能量不同,风扇进口压比越低,其具有能量越小,进入反推窗口偏转角越大,最佳安装角越大。
The numerical simulation of the flow field of an unobulated cascade cascade thrust reverser was carried out. The effect of different cascade mounting angles on the thrust reversal performance was analyzed in detail. The results show that the installation angle of cascade has an impact on the mass flow rate, air velocity and the flow direction of the air flowing out of the counterwind window, which in turn has an impact on the thrust reversal effect. Different fan inlet pressure ratio, there is a different angle of the best blade installation, can make the best thrust. Due to the different fan pressure ratio, the airflow has different energy, the lower the fan inlet pressure ratio, the smaller its energy, the greater the deflection angle into the back-push window, the greater the best installation angle.
