在新课标教学理念的引领下,教学反思越来越受到重视,成为促进教师专业发展的核心要素。现在的学校都在大力倡导教师写教学反思,但是在实际的教学实践中,有的教师在写教学反思时,只是对教学过程进行一些简单的描述,缺乏对教学现象和教学本质的深度思考,并不是严格意义上的教学反思,因而成效并不大。下面,笔者就如何写好教学反思谈几点看法。

Nowadays, schools are strongly advocating teachers to write teaching reflection, but in practical teaching practice, some teachers write some simple reflection on teaching process when they write teaching reflection, lack of deep thinking on teaching phenomenon and teaching essence, It is not a reflection of teaching in the strict sense that the result is not significant.
