本文报导广州地区人体蠕形螨的感染情况,感染率为9.55%,较国内其它地区所报导的感染率为低。此次结果以鼻翼最多,鼻沟次之,鼻尖最少。所获标本中以毛囊蠕形螨为主,偶见皮脂蠕形螨。本文着重报导人体蠕形螨的感染与职业的关系,结果高温作业者未发现蠕形螨的感染,而非高温作业者感染率为13%。对高温作业及非高温作业车间的气温和工人劳动时面部不同部位之皮肤温度进行了测定,最后讨论了在高温作业环境中,有预防人体蠕形螨感染的可能,并以此条件作为进一步研究防治人体蠕形螨的新途径。
This article reports the human infection of Demodex in Guangzhou area, with an infection rate of 9.55%, which is lower than that reported in other parts of China.
